Using Drones in Sossusvlei

We have put together all the important information and rules for flying drones in Sossusvley and Namibia in general. This guide will help you follow the rules while taking videos and creating good memories.

Namibia is a great place for photos and videos, especially from the air using a drone. The wide open spaces and changing landscapes give you many chances to capture beautiful scenes.

There are long gravel roads, colorful sunrises and sunsets, and open areas that look like they go on forever. All of these are worth filming, but you need to remember that there are rules for flying drones, especially in areas where permission is needed before flying.
