Desert Quiver Camp has 24 modern self-catering units designed to fit in with the natural surroundings. Each air-conditioned unit has private parking, a large bedroom with a private bathroom, and a shaded patio.
The bedroom has twin beds and a fold-out sleeper couch that can sleep two small children (under 12 years old) for free when staying with two full-paying adults. The bathroom includes a shower, toilet, and sink with space for toiletries. On the patio, there is a barbecue area and a small kitchen with an under-counter fridge so guests can enjoy the views while cooking and eating.
The 24 self-catering units each have a shaded terrace, en-suite bathroom, private parking, and an air-conditioned bedroom. Each twin-bedded unit includes a fold-out sleeper couch that can sleep two small children (under 12) for free when sharing with two full-paying adults.
The patio has a barbecue area, a two-plate stove, an under-counter fridge, and a wooden bench for seating. Fresh food can be ordered daily, and kitchen boxes with most of the cooking tools can be collected from reception.
The main building has two shared boma areas, perfect for larger groups, a clean swimming pool, and a well-stocked bar with a big-screen TV.
Meals are available at the nearby Sossusvlei Lodge restaurant. The lodge’s Adventure Center also offers several desert activities for exploring the area. (Please note: no shuttles or transfers are provided, so your own transport is needed.)
