Just a short distance from Namib Desert Lodge, eight permanent tents have been set up for guests. These fully equipped tents, placed at the base of the fossilized dunes, each have four beds and a private bathroom with a shower.
It’s an easy and comfortable way to enjoy the outdoors. The kitchen on the outside terrace has a fridge, stove, sink, and all the cooking tools and silverware you need. You can light a firepit in the nearby riverbed or enjoy a braai (barbecue) outside to fully enjoy the sounds of nature.
Campers can also use the facilities at Namib Desert Lodge, located 700 meters away. These include dining at the restaurant and swimming in the pool. You can also join lodge activities like e-biking, hiking, and dune drives at sunrise or sunset.
Namib Desert Camping2Go offers eight permanent safari tents, each with four beds and a private bathroom. Each tent has a fully equipped kitchen on the outdoor terrace, with a refrigerator, stove, sink, and all the needed cooking tools and silverware.
